2024 Kodiaks Summer Developmental Basketball Camps
Junior Basketball
Ages 11 to 14 - Boys

These camps place a heavy focus on the overall development and acquisition of the major skills which most basketball coaches deem desirable. Some position specific training will be done but the primary focus is developing well-rounded skill and an appreciation for the game of basketball. Coaches expect athletes to try their best, be respectful and look to develop good sportsmanship and a team attitude.
Campers should bring clean running shoes and a water bottle. A Medical Information and Waiver form will be required for all campers and will be emailed one week before the start of camp. Copies will also be available at the start of the first day of camp.

Senior High Basketball
Ages 14 to 18

These camps will progress basketball skills relative to current abilities. Athletes will be grouped by gender and physical maturity as well as by position to allow for optimal development and enjoyment. This camp is focused on giving participants their best chance to be selected, contribute, and succeed on their respective school teams.
Athletes should bring clean running shoes and a water bottle. A Medical Information and Waiver form will be required for all athletes and will be emailed one week before the start of camp as well as available at the start of the first day of camp.

Volleyball - Learn to Play
Ages 11 to 14
August 6 to 9
Tuesday to Friday

Cost: $248 + GST
This camp will help build and grow volleyball fundamentals within athletes who may be new to the sport, or who want to reinforce previously acquired skills. It will place a heavy focus on the overall development and acquisition of the major skills which most volleyball coaches deem desirable. Some position-specific training will be done but the primary focus is developing well-rounded skills and an appreciation for the game of volleyball. Coaches expect athletes to try their best, to be respectful and to look to develop good sportsmanship and a team attitude.
Campers should bring clean running shoes, a water bottle, and a bag lunch or money for the food court – noon hours will be supervised. Volleyball – High Performance
Ages 11 to 14

This camp is designed for athletes who have developed some of the basic skills of volleyball and are looking to improve and advance their volleyball knowledge. It will progress volleyball skills relative to current abilities and will place a heavy focus on the continued development of the major skills and concepts that most volleyball coaches deem desirable. Some position-specific training will be done but the primary focus will be on developing well-rounded players who are capable of playing multiple positions. Coaches expect athletes to try their best, to be respectful and to look to develop good sportsmanship and a team attitude.
Athletes should bring clean running shoes and a water bottle. A Medical Information and Waiver form will be required for all athletes and will be emailed one week before the start of camp as well as available at the start of the first day of camp.

This camp will progress volleyball skills relative to current abilities. Athletes will often be grouped by physical maturity as well as by position to allow for optimal development and enjoyment over a five-day period. This camp is focused on giving participants their best chance to be selected to contribute and succeed on their respective high school teams.
Athletes should bring clean running shoes, a water bottle, and a bag lunch or money for the food court – noon hours will be supervised. Senior Volleyball
Ages 14 to 18

This camp sees a greater increase in time spent with participants split into their positions of preference. Development is encouraged based on techniques and tactics that are position-specific and taught by coaches who have excelled in that position. Team play will see a variety of offensive and defensive strategies that the participants may expect to see when they get to a higher level of play.
