Stef and Dixon named Mucho Burrito AOTW

FEB. 17, 2020 - Both athletes have been constant dedicated pieces to their respective squads which helped their teams secure wins when necessary. Congratulations to Jett Stef of men's basketball and Johanna Dixon of women's volleyball for being named this week's Mucho Burrito Athletes of the Week!

Jett Stef - MBB

Jett (3rd year, General Studies) played his best ball this past weekend in Briercrest, which was very crucial for the Kodiaks at this point in the season.

His constant hard work over the season and especially the weekend gave the Kodiaks the emotional boost they needed. Jett is a respectful Kodiak student-athlete who constantly demonstrates a solid work ethic on the court and in the classroom.

Johanna Dixon - WVB

Johana (1st year, General Studies) helped the Kodiaks defeat the CCAA ranked Clippers in a sweep at their final home game.

Dixon managed to put up impressive stats in her final regular season matches at home. With 23 assists, 2 kills, 3 aces, 4 digs and 2 blocks on Saturday she earned player of the game, ultimately helping take down the Briercrest Clippers.
