Bio
Born in Kenya, Mary was recruited to join Lethbridge College’s cross-country running team and became the first international female recruit in the summer of 2002.
Mary was known as a disciplined and talented athlete as well as a team player who drew inspiration from the team’s success. She was determined to succeed and continue the winning history that had been established at Lethbridge College.
Her hard work and perseverance paid off. She became a force within the ACAC and CCAA, winning the individual gold medal in both the ACAC and CCAA in 2003 and 2004.
