Hannah Pilling (first year, Academic Upgrading, Cardston) had an excellent performance for the Kodiaks women’s cross-country team this past weekend. She competed at the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) nationals in Windsor, Ontario where she led her team across the finish line. Pilling finished 20th overall with a time of 24:29 helping her women’s team to an eight place finish out of 15 teams.
Nolan Moes (fifth year, Natural Resource Compliance, Barrhead) has had an impressive start to the regular season, currently sitting sixth in kills and third overall in aces in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC). This past weekend, in two matches, he totalled 26 kills, five aces, and four blocks. His performance helped his team defeat last year's ACAC and CCAA champions, moving the Kodiaks into the national rankings at the 13th spot.
